Nick Karangelen
Nick Karangelen is the founder and President of Trident Systems
Incorporated . As President of TSI, Mr. Karangelen is
responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company.
He is also a board member of the Small Business Technology
Coalition (SBTC), which represents many high technology small
businesses who supply products and services to the Department of
Defense and other Federal agencies.
Prior to becoming the founder of Trident, Mr. Karangelen worked
for IBM and TRW Defense Systems Group as a Systems Engineer. He
also served as a Naval Officer in the US Nuclear Submarine Force
during the Cold War, where he directed the 30-man weapons
department on USS GROTON (SSN-694) in the operation,
maintenance, and repair of digital sonar, fire control, and
weapons-handling systems.
Mr. Karangelen has a Bachelor's in Physics from the U.S. Naval
Academy, where he graduated with distinction receiving the
Trident prize. Upon graduating he completed the U.S. Naval
Nuclear Power Program.
David Britton
David Britton is Vice President, Director of the Systems
Engineering Division for Trident Systems Inc. As a key member of
the senior management team, Mr. Britton has a solid
understanding of Trident's business model and goals. He joined
TSI in 1986 as an Engineer, focusing on rapid prototyping of
submarine combat systems. He quickly advanced to Principal
Engineer and then to Division Director of the Systems
Engineering Division.
Prior to joining TSI, Mr. Britton worked as an Engineering
Liaison Officer for TRW, Inc., where he was responsible for
coordination between project engineers and change control board
for a major classified Army development project. Mr. Britton has
also worked for the Army Night Vision and Electro-Optics Lab,
supporting the Soldiers Image Motion ILIR project by
constructing computer-generated human figures to simulate the
motion of soldiers at night using night vision goggles and
programming algorithms to simulate infrared target signatures
for targets not available in the system database.
Mr. Britton has a Bachelor's in Electronics and Computer
Engineering from George Mason University and a Masters in
Computer Engineering from George Mason University.
John Broglio
John Broglio is Executive Vice President of Business Development
for Trident Systems Inc., overseeing the company's business
development strategy and sales operation as well as the
transitioning of R&D efforts to new and existing product lines
for the company. As a key member of the senior management team
since 1993, Mr. Broglio has experience with all TSI product and
services lines. Mr. Broglio also serves on Trident's Board of
Directors. He joined TSI in 1993 as a Division Director of our
Technology Services Division focusing on modeling and simulation
in support of undersea warfare studies.
Prior to joining TSI, Mr. Broglio worked as a Program Manager
for Presearch Incorporated, an analysis firm, where he was
responsible for supporting studies and analysis for their
anti-submarine warfare group.
Mr. Broglio served in the U.S. Navy Submarine Force for six
years and has a Bachelor's in Business Administration from
Columbia Union College.
Bonnie Edwards
Bonnie Edwards is Executive Vice President and Managing Director
for Trident Systems Inc. Ms. Edwards joined TSI in 1989 as
Controller for the company's small, but growing business. She
served as Director of Finance & Administration, and was later
elected to Trident's Board of Directors and promoted to Vice
President. As a key member of the senior management team, Ms.
Edwards is responsible for the overall strategic direction of
the business. Working closely with the President and VP of
Business Development, Ms. Edwards is integral in the development
of strategies and programs that support the Company's mission,
vision, values and strategic goals. As Managing Director for TSI,
Ms. Edwards oversees all corporate functions including
Contracts, Human Resources, Accounting, Facilities and
Information Technology.
Prior to joining TSI, Ms. Edwards held a number of different
positions including; working as a Business Manager for a
computer engineering firm, an Auditor for a public accounting
firm and as Controller for a commercial real estate company.
Ms. Edwards earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from
George Mason University.
Gary Mundrake
Gary Mundrake is Vice President, Director of the Integrated
Systems Production Division for Trident Systems Inc. As a key
member of the senior management team since 1996, Mr. Mundrake is
responsible for Trident's integrated touch screen business,
advanced facilities design and build, and our force protection
business area. He joined TSI in 1996 as a Program Manager to
support numerous Navy Contracts where he was responsible for
marketing, proposal generation, design, implementation and
operation of complex audio, video, data, and telecommunication
networks. Mr. Mundrake also directed Trident's support of the
2005 Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) electronic data call
system for the US Navy and was the Project Manager for the
design, development, and delivery of multiple mobile EO/IR
controllers and video distribution control systems for the USAF
under Operation Clear Skies.
Prior to joining TSI, Mr. Mundrake worked at Nexcom as a Program
Lead, where he lead the successful fast track design,
installation, and integration of a worldwide electronic on-line
check verification system installed on over 2000 POS terminals.
In addition, Mr. Mundrake worked for General Electric for eight
years in various systems engineering and technical management
positions.
Mr. Mundrake served in the U.S. Navy Submarine Force for six
years and has a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Saint
Leo College.
Walter Pullar
Walter Pullar is Vice President, Director for the Networks &
Sensors Division. As a key member of the senior management team,
Mr. Pullar is responsible for the overall strategy and direction
of all network and sensor business. He joined TSI in 2005 to
support our rapidly growing business lines and to aid in the
development of new business opportunities.
Prior to joining TSI, Mr. Pullar completed a distinguished 26
year career as a SEAL in the U.S. Navy. His operational tours
included all operational SEAL leadership assignments up to the
rank of Captain and culminated with two Commodore assignments.
He served as Deputy Commander for the Naval Special Warfare Task
Force that planned for and led the initial combat operations in
Operation Iraqi Freedom. In addition to his operational
experience, he gained over 10 years of experience in
acquisition, served as a USSOCOM Program Executive Officer for
Special Programs, and Program Manager for USSOCOM and the US
Navy. He was certified as a level-3 Acquisition Professional.
While at USSOCOM, Mr. Pullar led two teams and participated in
two other groups that were presented David Packard Acquisition
Awards.
Mr. Pullar has a Bachelor's in Zoology from Duke University and
a Masters in Procurement from Webster University. |
