Safe Test
Boundaries
|
Safe Test Boundaries is a
software diagnostic tool that separates software elements in a
large complex system into the elements that need to be retested
and those that may be rapidly recertified on the basis of
previously successful testing for military technology specifications.
Safe Test Boundaries is a particularly useful kind of military information technology that manages change in large
complex systems. It provides the means to most effectively
minimize upgrade, test and integration costs and time.
Product
Features:
STB User Interface |
 |
The Safe Test Boundaries user
interface displays software classes and functions and shows
the dependencies those elements have on the rest of the
system. This technology also provides the operator with immediate
feedback as to whether the element is inside the Safe Test
Boundary or not. The interactive display also allows the
operator to quickly determine which elements are dependent
on a particular portion of the software system.
-
Parses the source code of large complex systems (i.e.
millions of lines of code per minute)
-
Identifies, analyzes and understands structural changes made
since the last baseline
-
Indicates where to retest for only what has been affected by
changes
-
Reduces the cost and time to integrate new components
