Space Electronic Systems (SES)

SES is Trident’s business area dedicated to the research, development, design and manufacture of semi-custom Multi-Function RF Processors, Software Defined Radios (SDRs), On-Board Processors (OBPs) and storage solutions for space. Using a rapid response, radiation effects mitigated design approach, SES has become an industry leader in low cost, high performance, open architecture solutions for multi-function RF and processing systems in modern space programs. On-orbit, failure free, since 2019.

xDRT Development Kits and Modules

The UDRT, RDRT, and VDRT Development Kits are lab-based development platforms, containing EDU builds of the xDRT modules, pre-loaded with Trident FW/SW BSP/HAL (source files included) and include example projects. These kits are ideal for early application development, testing, and HWIL demonstrations and provide a rapid path to transition to unit-level flight hardware.  Customizable, with operational and development interfaces, these kits are a cost-effective, rapidly available platform for new and existing customers targeting Trident’s flight hardware.
